Assets of Community value (ACV) decision notices
2018
Assets of Community Value are areas within Panfield Village that are of importance to the residents of Panfield and, therefore, need protection. This is achieved by registering them with Braintree District Council.
Panfield has six Assets of Community Value: St Mary & St Christopher Church, Panfield Commnity Centre (Village Hall), The Bell Inn, Thistledown Playing Field, John Barr Playing field with Allotments and The Village green/Pocket Garden.
